A furnace that won't ignite, short-cycles, or keeps tripping its limit switch needs more than a reset in Black Diamond winters. Every visit includes a carbon monoxide safety check, standard, not an upsell.
Furnace failures in Black Diamond cluster around a handful of parts — ignitors, flame sensors, gas valves, heat exchangers. Each gets tested with a multimeter and combustion analyzer, not replaced on a hunch, not parts-cannon guessing.
Safety and accuracy on every heating call.
Every repair includes a CO check, not optional.
No-heat calls in Black Diamond get priority routing over routine work during cold snaps when it's cold.
A fixed price is set before repairs start.
Our techs are trained equally on gas furnaces and electric heat strips, no exceptions.
The most common furnace failure points.
Cracked ignitors and carbon-fouled sensors cause a large share of no-heat calls, usually a same-visit fix.
We test actual response and pressure output rather than replacing an expensive part on a hunch before we recommend replacing it.
We inspect carefully with proper equipment rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
We still service older standing-pilot systems that newer ignition doesn't have.
Zero response from the furnace can mean a wiring fault, not a furnace failure to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.
Four steps, safety checked at every one.
Describe the symptom and we route the nearest tech and we'll get someone moving.
Truck arrives stocked with common ignitor, flame sensor, and control parts ready to diagnose and often repair same visit.
Safety and diagnostic checks come first, then a flat-rate quote.
We re-check CO before signing off, backed by warranty.
Feedback from completed furnace repairs.
Pilot light kept going out on our older furnace every few days. Tech identified a failing thermocouple that two other companies had overlooked.
